Shipping

We ship your items Monday through Thursday in an insulated box with UPS 2-day shipping. When weather conditions are too hot, Bugs for Growers will include a cold pack inside the insulated box.

Payment

We currently accept credit card payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. We do not store any credit card information on file. You may also pay directly with your PayPal account.

Order Processing

We receive notification of your order and payment minutes after you place it. Depending on availability, we will ship the product(s) within 2 to 3 days after you place your order. We only support 2 day shipping (Why?), so please plan accordingly.
